We woke up with time to head out for a light breakfast...coffee and then off to catch the ferry over the island. It was gray and overcast, but we loved it. I guess it was a great day for sailing because we saw a ton of boats dotted around the Puget Sound.
Once we arrived on Whidbey, we headed to the Anchorage Inn. 11 years go, we stayed there for our honeymoon. The Man had the great idea to make our reservations back in January so that we were even able to stay in the same room we were in before. Talk about a walk down memory lane.
Once we got settled, we started exploring the area. We headed to a couple of wineries and discovered some excellent loganberry wine at the Greenbank Winery. After all that, we had a great time just walking and exploring Langley and Coupeville.
