Here are the yummy results of the last 24 hours of rolling and wrapping and hoping that all the work would turn out all right. And they did! Yay! We had fresh from the oven, made from scratch croissants for lunch today. This was my first attempt with them and I'm sure they'll get better each time. For those of you interested in how I made them, I'll post step by step pictures next time around.
