Pee Wee Sports

The Reader decided he wanted to try out Pee Wee Sports Camp this summer. It was a fun little camp filled with little campers trying to play sports like the big guys. Wednesday, the coach pulled out the pads, jerseys and helmets that the high schoolers use during practice. Those little pee wees sure turned into mini munchkins.

One of the moms didn't have her camera with her so I took a few. How cute is her little one? Here she is getting ready to jump over the pad in the obstacle course. Can you see her in the second picture? Yep, we all laughed a little. Don't worry though, she got right back up and ran the rest of the course with no problems. What a little trooper!

Quote of the week

"Why am I afraid to dance, I who love music and rhythm and grace and song and laughter? Why am I afraid to live, I who love life and the beauty of flesh and the living colors of the earth and sky and sea? Why am I afraid to love, I who love love?"

From The Great God Brown by Eugene O'Neill

The Fourth

The Stash
Not as much as we've had in years past, but still enough. It was a quiet night in the cul de sac so we had plenty of space to enjoy the show.

One of the fountains that the Fearless Flyer picked out. He loved it!

Googly eyes with the spinners.

Hm...what does this one do?

Oh, that's what it does...little nasty snakes!

Ninja vanish! (can you name that movie?)
